Rates were raised $300+/yr after asking to have rental insurance removed from the auto+rental policy. No warning to raised rate was given. Obviously I would have just kept the bundled service if I had known auto alone would be gouged but again no warning was given.

These people must be terrible at what they do and very desperate for business. I've never inquired for a quote. Yet, they keep harassing me for business. I've called back multiple times and said to lose my number. Yet, they still keep calling! I have them blocked on my phone, but voicemails still come through. These people have left me like 20 voice messages!
